Email: jessica.dibert@gmail.com. Remit one reservation form for each lamb reserved. If reserving prior to lamb being born, this contract is subject to availability. The purchase price of the lamb is $________. Reservations are filled in the order in which they are received. The deposit of $50.00 is to be remitted with this contract. Lambs must be paid in full by 7 weeks of age. If you are picking up your lamb, you may pay the balance in cash at the time of pickup, no personal checks accepted. The final payment if mailed with personal check must be received no later than ten days prior to pick up to enable check to clear bank. Pickup is to be made at 8 weeks of age. Make checks payable to: Mark OR Jessica Dibert All lambs must be paid for in full before leaving our farm. Shipping costs & crates are not included in the price of the lamb, and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.Each lamb must have a health certificate to fly, the cost of certificate will be added to purchase price $40.  Mark or Jessica Dibert arranges all shipping promptly when lamb is paid in full. All Shipping costs are COD to the airline. Seller will notify Purchaser of current airline pricing, prices quoted are approximate and will vary slightly. Seller ships lambs at 8 weeks old, or the next available date, pending weather & airline restrictions (no less than 22 degrees and no more than 85 degrees at any point during flight). For lambs being shipped, full payment must be received by six weeks of age or sales are null and void and deposits retained. A $40 delivery fee to airport will be added to cost of lamb. The cargo department of receiving airline must be open upon delivery.  An airline approved crate is required. We recommend Dr Fosters and Smith "Pet Dens". Seller must receive one crate per lamb by the time the lamb is 6 weeks of age. These crates can be reused. You may purchase and have shipped directly to our farm. ship to YOUR NAME in care of our farms address. This way we can identify who ships what crate. Lambs leave our farm healthy and sound. Mark & Jessica Dibert nor Windwood Acres Farm are not liable for any injury sustained by a lamb upon delivery to airport and during flight. Once the lamb is released to the purchaser or the airline, The Diberts and Windwood Acres Farm are not liable for any injury, illness, death or veterinarian fees due to improper handling, feeding, medication, misc. ailments, etc; as we cannot guarantee proper care of the lamb after purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to gain the knowledge necessary to properly care for the lamb. We will answer any questions to the best of our knowledge regarding the care of lambs, we are not a substitute for veterinary care if needed.All veterinarian certificates & inspection costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, & will be added to the purchase price of the lamb. Seller assumes responsibility to present the lamb to the veterinarian for said inspections. Veterinarian certificates cannot be given sooner than 10 days before pickup/shipping. We require three pick up dates to reserve with the airline.If Purchaser decides not to complete this transaction, Purchaser will forfeit any deposit. Purchaser is accepting lamb "as is" if shipping via air. In the event that the reserved lamb is not available due to illness or death, Purchaser’s deposit will be refunded, (within 45 days) or another lamb will be made available if stock is available. The purchaser may use deposit to reserve the following year if desired.  A signed copy of this contract will be returned to Purchaser.
